This onboarding package is valued at $1500-2000K and is provided to you for free. The only expense is $250 for a keyless door lock, which is taken out of your first month’s rent, and is yours if you ever choose to leave our program.
It’s your vacation home: use it as much as you want! We are happy to allow owners unlimited use of their homes, but will advise as to profitability if you want to be able to enjoy your home and maximize your earnings.

We don’t believe in nickel and diming our owners for every little thing. We don’t charge a monthly service fee, nor do we charge blanket trip fees for caring for your home. Guest troubleshooting and home inspections free-of-charge. In-home supplies are complementary and, unlike other rental managers in the area, we never bill the rental cleaning fee to our owners.
